Guarantor requirements:
Age 25 - 65 years old (at the end of the loan agreement) Resident and citizen of Ukraine Registration in Ukraine Solvent Registration and actual place of residence: Odessa region, Nikolaev region, Kherson region, Kirovohrad region. Permanent place of work - continuous work experience at the last/present place of more than 6 months (for individual entrepreneurs - more than 12 months). Registration and actual place of residence: Odessa region, Nikolaev region, Kherson region, Kirovohrad region. IMPORTANT! If the loan is taken to repay a loan - it is mandatory to provide a Certificate of the amount, status of the debt and repayments for the last 6 months. The client can receive a second active loan from the FKS after at least 3 payments on the first!
Required documents for processing a loan The Client - an employee aged 25 - 65* years must provide the originals of the following documents:
Passport of a citizen of Ukraine Certificate of assignment of an identification number (taxpayer card) A document confirming income for the last 6 months, one of: A certificate from the place of work or a bank statement on a salary account** A declaration of income certified by the State Tax Inspectorate Certificate 1-DF - if the client is a Director or Chief Accountant (Employment Contract*** - if the client works for a private entrepreneur (the contract must have a stamp from the Employment Center)) * The client's age at the end of the Employment Contract must not exceed 65 years ** For all credit programs except "Without a certificate" *** The document must have a stamp from the Employment Center
Required documents To obtain a loan for an individual - an entrepreneur aged 25 - 65* years, it is necessary to provide the original documents:
Certificate of registration of a taxpayer Form No. 4-OPP Reports of an individual - tax payer for the last 2 reporting periods, or a certificate from the State Tax Administration, or a bank statement on the salary account (through which the individual entrepreneur's cash transactions take place) For single tax payers For taxpayers on general terms

Certificate from a crewing agency or Contract for the upcoming voyage indicating dates, position, terms and salary Bank statement on the salary account for the last 12 months.*
