The loan amount, term, cost of the service and other conditions are agreed upon by the parties by selecting the available loan options offered by the consumer (borrower) and are fixed by a contract concluded in paper and/or electronic form. The Company provides for a mechanism for the protection of consumer rights by a financial institution. The procedure for resolving disputes arising in the process of providing financial services is carried out in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. The procedure for submitting applications, appeals, complaints of consumers of financial services are submitted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals" and are considered in the manner provided for in this law (extrajudicial consideration). The term for considering an appeal is no more than one month from the date of its receipt. The total term for consideration of the appeal (in case of its extension, if it is impossible to resolve the issues raised in the appeal within a month) should not exceed forty-five days.
